Welcome aboard for a peaceful summer journey as we gently cruise away from Union Wharf in Market Harborough and make our way toward Foxton.

In this video, you’ll see quiet scenes from the water, lush greenery, still reflections, and stretches of canal lined with wildflowers and reeds. We’ll pass through some narrow, overgrown sections and meet a passing boat with a traditional engine. Boasley, as always, provides calm companionship from his favourite seat at the stern.

This is a simple, unhurried day on the water. The sun never quite breaks through the clouds, but it’s warm and still, and the countryside is alive with birdsong and damselflies.
