Join us as we cruise from the wide rivers to the peaceful canals, travelling down the River Soar, along the River Trent and onto the Trent and Mersey Canal.
It was a warm but overcast July day, with challenges along the way: leaky locks, river barges and the unique experience of navigating deep water.
Our journey ends in the pretty Derbyshire village of Shardlow, where calm returns after a lively day afloat.
