Returns and exchange policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges as set out below:
1. Eligibility
To receive a refund or to exchange an item it must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging and with all original tags attached.
A request to return or exchange an item must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return or exchange process
To request a return or exchange, please contact admin@narrowboatroundtuit.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the order number and reason for requesting a return or exchange within your email.
Once your return or exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the item(s).
Please securely package the item(s) to be returned or exchanged, including the original packaging and tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item(s) and once the condition has been verified.
Original postage costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Please indicate your preference for an alternative size, colour or style when contacting us to request an exchange.
All exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred alternative is not available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
5. Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged item please inform us immediately, tell us the order number and include a photograph. We will arrange for a replacement or refund (including any return postage costs).
Defective or damaged items will be repurposed/recycled once received, in line with our sustainability policy.

7. Additional information
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria and if we determine that the item has been used or damaged after receipt.
